NETONX introduces the XBMC Series miniature blind-mate QDs, developed for liquid cooling of XPO optical modules and other high-density optical systems. With a maximum outer diameter of approximately 9 mm, low insertion force and non-drip performance, the XBMC Series provides a compact and reliable fluid connection solution for space-constrained applications.
As optical module power density continues to increase, thermal management requirements are becoming more demanding. The XBMC Series is designed to support high-density integration with approximately 0.54 mm radial misalignment tolerance, helping simplify blind-mate connection, module replacement and maintenance.
Designed in accordance with applicable XPO requirements, the XBMC Series also supports interoperability with compatible interfaces, providing greater flexibility for the integration and maintenance of next-generation optical liquid cooling systems.
