BLC Series Blind-Mate Quick Disconnect Coupling

BLC is an independently developed blind mate quick coupling. The range covers DN1 to DN8, with strong interchangeability, reliable sealing, low pressure drop and long mechanical service life.With a high-precision large angle guide positioning mechanism, BLC provides excellent misalignment tolerance, allowing the coupling to accommodate minor installation and angular deviations without manual precision alignment. It is well suited for robotic automatic mating, push pull equipment installation and unmanned operation/maintenance. The industry standard flat face double shut off non drip structure provides non spray connection and disconnection, low residual fluid and reduced air inclusion. The sealing system is compatible with mainstream coolants such as deionized water and ethylene glycol. BLC is suitable for the applications of server cold plate cooling, CDU cooling system, energy storage liquid cooling and industrial equipment.
